The Quick Lift Project – Shape shift

Up to five minutes

If your body has been in a fixed position for some time then you may find that moving it into a different shape changes your perspective and makes you feel brighter and more creative.

The suggestions here include options for looking at your surroundings from a different angle, for reversing the slouched position that many of us adopt while sitting and/or for standing on one leg. Try one or more, breathe steadily, focus on the sensations that you feel while in the pose and notice whether you feel any different afterwards.
