The Quick Lift Project – Stretch

Up to five minutes

If you want to feel more awake in the morning, need to get through a mid afternoon slump, or need to revitalise after work before embarking on your evening, then it is well worth trying a stretch or two. Many people feel that stretching helps to improve energy and productivity and to reduce mental and physical tension.

Try one or more of these stretches, focus on the sensations, breathe steadily and notice whether you feel different afterwards.
