On days 6 and 7 we hope that you are having a break from your desk and getting active in your own way. If you do have to spend time at the desk you can of course repeat any of the Yoga Bites and Yoga Sprinkles from the last 5 days.
If you are able to find some quiet time for yourself, we recommend either or both of these two videos to help you to feel calm, relaxed and centred
After 5 days of building yoga into your working week, now is a good time to review what you have done and what you have enjoyed or not enjoyed.
