The poses suggested can be done as one sequence or spread through the day. They are designed to help fire you up internally as temperatures outside cool, to maintain strength and focus for productivity at work, and to promote detoxification and shedding of what's not needed.
Have a drink of water before your practice or between exercises, breathe deeply throughout and focus on the sensations in your body as you move and stretch.
Also try some breathwork - maybe a few minutes of Balanced breath to promote equilibrium or Nourishing breath to lift the energy.
