Start with a balancing breath practice, feeling the breath epand your lungs fully with each inhale, and blowing out gently on the exhale.
Then progress through the poses and movements, taking as long as you like on each one and enjoying the shifts in perspective. The focus is on opening the front of the body, encouraging a feeling of expansion in the chest - try to remain aware of the breath throughout and connect the movements with your inhale and exhale.
If you are able to do this practice outside, enjoy the feeling of the breeze on your skin and the smell of the fresh air.
