Use your downtime to up your energy! These movements can be done in any situation while you're waiting around at home or in the office e.g. for the kettle to boil, your computer to reboot or an online meeting to start

This sequence mobilises the spine, opens the shoulders and stretches the hamstrings. Leg strengthening is provided by the squat to tiptoe movement and the chair pose, and balance by the mountain pose with knee lift. These are all enlivening practices that can be slotted into gaps in your schedule. Use a desktop or chair back for support where needed.

Short of time? Even one or two of these will make a difference.
