A series of movements that can be done in the kitchen e.g. while waiting for your meal to cook

This sequence mobilises the spine, opens the shoulders and stretches the hamstrings. Stretching, along with leg strengthening provided by the squat to tiptoe movement and the chair pose and balance provided by the supported warrior 3 and the knee lift are all useful daily practices.

A kitchen table or worktop can be substituted for the chair backs shown as support in the illustrations.
