Morning motivation

This routine includes easy movements and stretches and should leave you feeling more motivated for a positive start to your day

Ideally practice the sequence to upbeat music - either a playlist of your favourite songs or artists or a radio station that provides a cheerful backing track. You could time your spinning to coincide with one song or track.

Turn the music off for a minute or two for a a closing breath practice Nourishing breath  then move into your day.
