A short sequence to relax the body and prepare for sleep

This sequence includes some gentle stretches to promote rest and some super relaxing poses. Each pose can be held for as long as feels good, and you can keep returning to the relaxing breath practice if you like.

You will need a clear space next to a wall and some cushions or pillows for support. Ideally get prepared beforehand to move straight into bed after completing the sequence.
