Stretches and poses that can be done at your standing desk e.g. while waiting for your computer to reboot or a document to load

These suggestions can be easily incorporated into your working day while standing at your desk, either one or two at a time, or as a full sequence.

Standing at your desk in itself helps to burn more calories and keep the muscles of the lower body active. These stretches and poses will enhance those benefits and also help to keep the shoulders and upper body mobile.

You could even try them during an online meeting if feasible to keep your camera off!
