A short sequence to help transition from work to home life

This sequence aims to open the body and mobilise the spine after a period of being static. It also works with balance, to represent the balancing of different priorities, and finishes with a strength building movement.

A minute or more of balanced breathing is recommended at the start and if you like this can be repeated at the end of the sequence while you rest in child's pose.
