We talk a lot about energy dips as something to fix with caffeine or a walk outside — and both help. But there are other ways of moving or working your body that can also give you a quick lift.
Sitting still for hours doesn’t just leave your back and shoulders stiff. It slows circulation, shortens your breath, and lets your posture collapse — and your energy tends to follow. The fix doesn’t have to be a “workout”. It can be short, deliberate movement practices worked in through the day: a few backbends to open the chest, a spinal twist, a couple of minutes of squats or jumping jacks between meetings.
