The Quick Lift Project – Self Care

Up to five minutes

When we are overloaded and feeling tired, dull and flat, self-care is often the last thing on our minds. When we stop work, it is tempting to reach for a quick fix such as a glass of wine or binge watching a box set.

A small amount of focus on positive acts of self-care can pay dividends, make you feel more in control and more positive and improve feelings of wellbeing.

This section includes self-care ideas that take 5 minutes or less and that can be easily integrated into your day. Pick one that appeals to you and see whether you feel any different afterwards then gradually build up your self-care tool kit.
