A series of stretches and movements to do at the desk when feeling stressed

This sequence aims to move and stretch areas of the body that may be holding tension. It also includes some calming forward bends.

Practice calming breath at the beginning of the sequence for a minute or more and if you like, return to it at the end while in the last pose.
