Cool and calm

A series of stretches and movements to help cool the body and calm the mind

This sequence includes some gentle movements and poses to help you relax and cool down on a hot day or when you have generated your own heat through being busy and active. We recommend that the lying down poses are held for a few minutes each, allowing your body to relax into the ground. Finish by holding the legs up wall poses for as long as you like, while maintaining the calming breathing pattern.
