A short sequence to stretch and mobilise the neck and shoulders

This sequence includes some gentle stretches and movements to release the neck and shoulders. Particularly beneficial after being static for a period eg at your desk or driving.

You will need a strap or non stretchy scarf or belt and a table top/desk top or chair back for support. All poses can be done standing if you prefer.
